Lumet arguably, gave Pacino some of his best and most unconventional roles. I agree with Manu's comments about this film being slightly inferior to the other Lumet/Pacino pairing. But this is still a very good Lumet with a top notch performance from Pacino. I wouldn't even think to compare it with "Righteous Kill", where Al Pacino plays Al Pacino, if you know what I mean!
